Each staff person is responsible for specific programs and functions of the foundation in addition to crossover programs. Staff is involved in strategic planning, business and marketing plan development and implementation, public relations, instructor recruitment and training, consulting and advisory roles to industry partners and much more.
The staff of MHEF works daily and closely with the staff of the Restaurant Association of Maryland. By doing so, opportunities are acted upon quickly and the resources of both organizations are maximized.
