Spend a half-day with an MHEF Food Safety Consultant. We'll visit your kitchen and walk you through an inspection. Using USDA and jurisdictional-specific checklists, we'll highlight operational issues which need to be addressed and suggest methods for change. Schedule at least 1 week in advance. Consultant recommendation report will be returned within 10 business days.
