ServSafe Managers Certification
ServSafe Certification
This program covers updates to the latest Food Code (2005 Food Code) and meets all mandated requirements in Annapolis, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Prince George's County, Howard County and Montgomery County and is accepted throughout the rest of the state as meeting or exceeding the qualifications for certification. This class is taught in 16 hours. Students receive a copy of ServSafe Essentials 5th Edition Text Book.
Managers Recertification
All sanitation certificates need to be updated in Maryland every three (3) years. The ServSafe Recertification course is taught in 8 hours.
