MHEF sponsorship opportunities have been designed to give your organization the opportunity to maximize the reach and effectiveness of your marketing, promotional and philanthropic dollars. MHEF Website

MHEF.org is the first site of it kind in the industry. MHEF.org serves several audiences: industry professionals, educators, students and their parents, and the public as a whole with the goal of increasing the strength of the industry's workforce, our educational system, and the industry's image.

Maryland Council on Food Safety

The Maryland Council on Food Safety is the first program of its kind in the nation creating a state-wide partnership between health departments, foodservice operators and the dining public to deliver food safety information and education.

Seal of Commitment

Originated by MHEF, The Maryland Council on Food Safety's Seal of Commitment Award is now offered nationwide as a symbol of an establishment's dedication to full staff food safety training.

Chefs for Food Safety Team

This team of chefs from Seal of Commitment Award winning restaurants makes weekly public appearances promoting safe food handling, their establishments and the professionalism of our industry.

Maryland's BEST Employer Award

This award is offered by MHEF to establishments that engage in on-going full staff training in responsible alcohol and customer service.

BEST Alcohol Awareness Training

MHEF's Beverage-Alcohol Education Server Training (B.E.S.T.) is the only alcohol service training endorsed by the Restaurant Association of Maryland and is hailed by local liquor boards and industry members as the premier class of its kind.

Future's Open Golf Classic

This premier golf tournament combines the best of the Future's Open and RAM/PAC tournaments of the past.

Resource Center/Lending Library

The Resource Center located in the RAM/MHEF headquarters provides all members of the industry, educators, students and the dining public with an extensive collection of training videos, printed, software and internet material for in-house use and review.
