Product Orders FAQ’s
1. If I do not have a credit card how can I place my order?
You can place your order by filling out the order form and sending it in with payment or you may call MHEF to place your order. All schools must have a PO# when placing orders.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders will arrive in about a week from your order date.
3. Do you offer any discounts for large orders or members of the Restaurant Association?
No, we do not give discounts to RAM members or for large orders.
4. How are shipping charges calculated?

5. Can I pick my order up from your office?
Orders may be picked up from our office, but you must call before placing your order to let us know that you will be picking it up.
