Improving Employee Performance
Employee performance is a direct result of good hiring practices, effective orientation and training and good, consistent management feedback. This class helps managers improve supervision skills of employee coaching, reprimands and performance appraisals. As a result of this training, participants will understand how to improve their day-to-day coaching, counseling and reprimand techniques. Managers will have the tools necessary to complete effective employee reviews.
