HACCP doesn't have to be confusing. Step by step, your HACCP writing instructor will walk you through the development of a HACCP plan. When the workshop is finished, you'll be ready to finish your own plan with ease and understanding.
In this 6-hour hands-on workshop, participants will:
- Review food safety principles
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Create HACCP diagrams and flow charts
- Understand how to identify processes and critical control points
- Receive HACCP writing CDrom with sample charts, templates and SOPs
- Build confidence to continue writing their own plan
