Guests are the purpose of our industry.  A satisfied guest results from the harmonious operation of businesses and employees over a period of hours and generations.  In the Guest Relations workshop, learn how the unit level manager impacts guests’ experiences.  Practice looking at the operation from the guests’ point of view and learn how to utilize your human resources to meet and exceed your guests’ expectations.

By the end of the class, participants should be able to:

  • Explain how to influence guest perception regarding service
  • Describe how to exceed guest expectations at each “moment of truth”
