Juice and rind of 1/2 lime
1 jigger gin
sparkling water
Directions
Squeeze lime over ice cubes in an 8-oz. glass.
Add rind and gin: fill glass with sparkling water and stir.
Comments
You can make brandy, rum, Scotch, or bourbon rickeys the same way.
