Carrots ala tarragon

Ingredients
1 - 8 oz pkg. Baby carrots, 1 - Tbl. Butter or margarine, 1 - Tbl. Lemon juice, 2 - Tbl. white wine, 3 - Green onions/scallions, 1 - Tbl. chopped fresh parsley, 1 - Tbl. dried tarragon, 1/2 - tsp. Garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper to taste,
Directions
Bring water to boil in saucepan. Place carrots in pan. Blanch carrots and drain.
Add butter to pan and return to stove on low heat. Stir till butter melted, add lemon juice, white wine. Turn up heat to medium stirring in remaining ingredients.
Simmer back on low for 2-3 minutes then serve.
