16 red potatoes, 1 bunch scallions, 1 cup sour cream, 1 container Boursin cheese,
Directions
1. Cut potatoes into cubes, leaving skins on.
,p>2. Boil potatoes until tender.3. Combine all ingredients while the potatoes are still hot.
Serve hot or cold.
