Turkey Salad Stuffed Avacados

Ingredients

1/3 cup yogurt1/3 cup mayonnasise2 tsps. fresh lemon juice1/2 tsp. dried Tarragon leavessalt & white pepper to taste1 1/2 cups diced turkey meat1 tomato seeded, chopped1 rib celery1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives 3 tsp. sliced scallions3 avocados

Directions

Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 tsp.lemon juice, Tarragon, salt & White pepper to taste. Fold in turkey, celery, tomato, olives, and scallons. Chill for one hour, cut avocados in half brush with lemon juice, stuff avocados serve on bed of Romane lettuce.
