Toffee/Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 C butter flavored shortening1/2 C granulated sugar1/2 C brown sugar1 egg1 t vanilla extract2 T milk1 1/2 C flour1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs1/4 t cinnamon1/2 t salt1/2 t soda1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips1/2 bag of English Toffee chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream shortening and sugars. The add egg, vanilla and milk, mix well. In a separate bowl combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, salt, and soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to moist ingredient bowl. When moist and dry ingredients are thoroughly combined fold in chocolate chips and English toffee chips. Spoon by tablespoon full onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Do not over bake. Let cool for about a minute on the cookie sheet then remove onto a cooling rack. Store in air-tight container. Enjoy.

These are wonderful!! Also VERY good to add the mini M&Ms instead of the toffee chips. I use a baking stone for this recipe which increases the baking time to about 12-13 minutes for the first batch.
