Cheddar Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

3 3/4 cups reduced fat making mix (like Bisquick),3/4 cup reduced fat shredded sharp Cheddar cheese,1 1/2 cups skim milk,1/4 cup egg substitute,1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper (optional),Cooking spray,

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine baking mix and cheese.
Add milk, egg substitute and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended.
Spoon into a 9-by 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake 45 minutes.
