Warm Arugula with Goat Cheese and Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients

4 bunches of arugula (clean thoroughly),12 sundried tomatoes,1/4 to 1/2 lb. goat cheese,1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette,1 charred onion,3 marinated tomatoes,

Directions

Add the red wine vinaigrette to the pan and bring to a simmer.
Add the sundried tomatoes and goat cheese.
Pour over the arugula and mix well.
Serves four.
